Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Cardiovascular Unit 4, performing initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Lead process improvement activities to maintain clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and safety standards within our High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Night shift rotation with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
