Staff RN- Cardiovascular Intermediate, part time, Doctors

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Cardiovascular Unit, performing health status assessments and documenting interventions to achieve patient outcomes. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and safety. Provide general nursing care across the continuum of care in a 24/7/365 environment, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires BLS certification, an Ohio RN license, and a BSN with five years of employment.
