Staff RN- Cardiovascular Intermediate, part time, Doctors

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Cardiovascular Unit, performing initial health status assessments and documenting interventions to achieve patient outcomes. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Maintain BLS certification and hold a current Ohio RN license with a BSN, working part-time 24 weekly hours during the day shift. As part of a High Reliability Organization, focus on clinical quality and multidisciplinary team collaboration to support patient wellness.
