Staff RN- Cardiovascular Intermediate - Doctors

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses; and evaluate responses to interventions within a multidisciplinary team framework. Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires an Associate's Degree (BSN required after 5 years), BLS certification, and a current Ohio RN license. Scheduled for 36 weekly hours in the Cardiovascular Unit.
