Staff RN- Cardiovascular Intermediate - Doctors

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Cardiovascular Unit, performing health status assessments and documenting interventions to achieve patient outcomes. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide general nursing care across the continuum of care in a 24/7/365 environment, with a focus on clinical quality and multidisciplinary team collaboration. Requires an Associate's degree (BSN required after five years), BLS certification, and an active Ohio RN license.
