Staff RN - Burn/Wound ICU FT Days

Staff RN provides nursing care in Burn/Wound ICU using the nursing process; adheres to infection prevention guidelines and policies; conducts patient history/assessment, communicates with patients and families, and collaborates with medical staff; administers medications safely and follows performance standards; administers thrombolytic agents as indicated and monitors for complications; interprets cardiac rhythms and provides interventions; follows CVVHD guidelines; serves as a preceptor and participates in Magnet Model activities; provides patient and family education throughout the care of patients in acute care, with emphasis on safety and evidence-based practice.
