Job Summary
Pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery of invasive cardiology patients receiving cardiac cath and electrophysiology procedures. Act as a bridge between doctors, patients, and families within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Monday through Friday, 12-hour day shift with a late stay rotation every six weeks; no weekends, holidays, or call. Licensed RN in Georgia with BLS certification required; BSN and two years of RN experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
- Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 12 hour day shift, with a late stay rotation; no weekends, no holidays, and no call
- Work Hours: varies with one late stay per 6 weeks required

Desired Qualifications
- BSN degree
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
