Job Summary
Sign-on bonus of $15,000. Full-time, days, 7a-7p. Provides general nursing care to patients and families in Med Surg. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care; delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs; participating in a multidisciplinary team; leading process improvement to achieve clinical quality and patient satisfaction; and adhering to safety and nursing standards as part of a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications include RN license in Ohio, BLS, and an Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred after 5 years).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred at 5 years of employment)
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
