Staff Revenue Accountant

Job Summary
Staff Revenue Accountant responsibilities include generating and submitting invoices, researching payment discrepancies, reviewing customer contracts, preparing deferred revenue and revenue recognition schedules per U.S. GAAP, pursuing AR collections, preparing adjustments and journal entries, completing monthly close for AR/revenue, preparing reconciliations, and supporting process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of revenue accounting experience, knowledge of revenue recognition and U.S. GAAP, strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTable, INDEX MATCH), and excellent communication. A Bachelor's degree is required, with additional preferred experience in Oracle Fusion, AR/revenue accounting, and CPA status being a plus.
