Job Summary
Prepare hot counter food, cook and bake goods, and manage buffet, salad, and breakfast item preparation for up to 500 employees. Operate the till, fill vending machines, and sort, clear, stack, and wash crockery using the dishwasher. Collect deliveries, move pallets to trolleys, and replenish stock while maintaining strict food hygiene and COSHH standards. Work shifts from 22:30 to 03:00 Sunday to Thursday for 22.5 hours weekly at £14.09 per hour plus allowances. Support special functions by preparing tea, coffee, and homemade cakes.
Required Qualifications

- Previous catering experience
- Kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food handling
- Customer service ethos
- Certificate in food safety
- NVQ in Professional Cookery
