Staff Restaurant Assistant

Prepare hot counter food, cook and bake goods, and assemble sandwiches and salads while strictly adhering to high food hygiene standards. Serve customers, operate the till, and manage vending machines including filling and cleaning. Handle tea and coffee delivery, create homemade cakes for functions, and sort, clear, stack, and wash crockery using the dishwasher. Collect deliveries, move pallets to trolleys, and replenish stock in the kitchen area. Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a tidy appearance wearing correct uniform and safety shoes. Work shifts from 22:30 to 03:00 Sunday to Thursday, earning £14.09 per hour plus allowance and bonus.
