Job Summary
The Staff Research Associate III position involves leading the collection of 3T and 7T MRI, spectroscopy, and neuropsychological data while ensuring compliance with IRB protocols. Key responsibilities include conducting safety screenings, scheduling study procedures, maintaining databases, assisting in literature reviews and data analysis, and presenting at scientific meetings. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field, have prior experience in an MRI lab, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in physics, neuroscience, psychology or related field
- 2-3 years previous experience in MRI lab is highly desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- prior experience with MR spectroscopy
- prior experience with 7T MRI
