Job Summary
Staff Research Associate II assisting participants in an NIA-funded clinical trial with technical setup: installing JackTrip software, connecting devices and internet, linking audio interfaces, logging into the music-sharing platform, guiding participants through features (chat, views, volume), and troubleshooting access to the online intervention group by phone. Role requires strong computer and communication skills, ability to work with older adults via phone, and is performed 100% remotely. Onboarding includes SFVA requirements and U.S. government research access; base wage range is $25.24-$40.60 per hour with possible bonuses. Equal Opportunity Employer.
