Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand individual needs to facilitate recovery, and celebrate milestones as part of the rehabilitation process.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
