Job Summary
Provide supervised care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support them with complex patient needs. CPR certification required, ACLS and CRRN preferred. RN licensure required; one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
