Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans and physician orders, administering medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient conditions, escalate changes promptly, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation of all care activities. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care teams while responding to patient needs with professionalism and urgency. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations within skilled nursing or long-term care environments. Weekday evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, full-time or part-time available. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $38.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Proven experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home environments
- Strong understanding of patient care workflows in inpatient settings
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Stable and consistent employment history
- Experience in high-capacity skilled nursing facilities (100+ beds)
- Ability to manage patient needs in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting consistent patient outcomes and care quality
- Direct experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Comfortable delivering hands-on patient care in inpatient settings
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with care teams effectively
- Nurses experienced in large skilled nursing facilities (150+ beds)
- RNs who thrive in structured, routine-driven care environments
- Candidates with strong patient-centered care approaches
