Staff Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift - PRN

Provides safe, high quality, and comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, families and caregivers; coordinates development and revision of the patient’s Plan of Care. Performs ongoing assessment of patient/family for hospice admission, collaborates with hospice physician to relieve pain and physical discomfort, addresses spiritual and emotional needs, maintains up-to-date patient records, educates patients and families about hospice care, orders supplies and equipment as needed, participates in interdisciplinary team meetings, evaluates CNA/LPN performance, and supports QAPI initiatives. This role requires CPR certification and Arkansas RN licensure; some roles may require flexibility with hours and overtime. Designated as safety sensitive due to handling of confidential information and life-threatening procedures.
