Staff Registered Nurse- Multispecialty (Cypress)

Provide professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, clinical triage, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. Work with physicians and the interprofessional health care team to coordinate and deliver compassionate, efficient, quality care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform procedures, and respond to emergencies. Demonstrate leadership and clinical judgment in coordinating patient care, with potential preceptorship responsibilities and participation in department initiatives in partnership with management. Maintain patient advocacy, safety, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
