Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care for pediatric through advanced-age patients using primary nursing principles. Assess, diagnose, and document patient needs in the EMR while developing and communicating realistic plans of care with families. Administer medications, IVs, and blood products competently, adhering to the five Rs and hospital policies. Reassess patient responses and modify care plans as needed to ensure quality outcomes. Function as a role model for staff and facilitate problem resolution among peers.
