Implement medical plans, administer medications and blood products safely, and maintain IV access with frequent site assessments. Reevaluate care and modify plans based on patient responses to ensure quality outcomes. Functions as a role model for staff, facilitating peer problem resolution while demonstrating knowledge of orthopedic procedures and pain management modalities.
