Job Summary
Staff Radar Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Systems Engineer to drive modeling, simulation and analysis of radar systems and related platforms. Responsibilities include development and integration of MS&A frameworks for large-scale simulations of RF, EOIR, and communications systems; applying design of experiments, probabilistic analyses, and performance modeling; integrating MS&A with flight/operational software; collecting and analyzing lab/flight data; verification, validation and accreditation artifacts; producing publication-quality reports and advancing simulation credibility across stakeholders. Required skills include C/C++, Python, MATLAB, signal processing, real-time/simulation software development, and experience with radar mode development and related domains. On-site in Baltimore, MD with Secret clearance and SAP access; relocation assistance may be available. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, Top Secret clearance, and experience with high-performance computing, CUDA/OpenCL, Verilog/VHDL, Agile/SAFe, and related engineering processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- 12 years of experience (or 10 with Master’s, 8 with PhD)
- U.S. Citizenship
- Current/active U.S Government Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain/maintain SAP access
- Experience with C/C++, Python, Bash or C shell scripting on Linux/Windows
- Experience with domain experience in simulations of RF, EOIR, Communications or related systems
- Experience with digital signal processing
- Experience with MATLAB
