Staff/Quality Coordinator - 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary
Manage on-call systems, coordinate emergency backup coverage, and provide emergent support in residential settings during assigned 12-hour shifts. Carry out administrative duties including filing, updating schedules for unplanned absences, and reviewing time entries in the CASPer software system. Conduct quality assessments, observe direct service personnel, and provide mentoring and shadowing to ensure competency. Assist with personal care for clients of all levels while maintaining documentation and resolving conflicts. Requires a valid driver's license, HCSP certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts run 10am-10pm or 10pm-10am across two-week rotations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Pass a drug screen
- Comprehensive background check
- GED/HS Diploma
- CPR/First Aid
- HCSP Certification
- Must be able to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to grasp the equivalent of a 12 oz. can
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to assist with personal care for males and females
- Must be able to assist with all levels of care
- Current vehicle insurance
- Pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
