Job Summary
Deliver short-term, solution-focused individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management to students from diverse backgrounds. Conduct outreach programs and workshops to promote mental health awareness, while collaborating with student-facing departments and campus partners to ensure holistic support. Offer training, technical assistance, and consultation to colleagues across the Brandeis Counseling Center and Student Affairs Division. Advance access to care for a wide range of students through targeted initiatives. Requires current Massachusetts licensure or licensure-eligibility within 12 months, plus experience in outpatient counseling settings. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts as a licensed psychologist
- Expectation that candidate is licensed-eligible within 12 months of hire
- Experience providing counseling services in an outpatient setting
- Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive care and work effectively with students from a broad range of backgrounds, identities, and communities
- A warm, team-oriented approach and genuine enthusiasm for being visible and involved on campus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience presenting at running groups
