Staff Psychiatrist

Staff Psychiatrist for McLean Hospital’s Depression and Anxiety Disorders Inpatient Unit. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing and managing individualized biopsychosocial treatment plans, and providing overall care for an assigned inpatient caseload (up to 7 patients) with occasional internal coverage for colleagues and weekend coverage. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (social worker, nursing, group therapist) and participate in supervision of residents and medical students. Position may include a Harvard Medical School appointment at the academic rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor contingent on meeting HMS requirements. Requires Massachusetts medical license and board certification/eligibility; salary/recruitment package in accordance with hospital policies. Equal opportunity employer.
