Job Summary
Staff Psychiatrist for McLean Hospital’s Depression and Anxiety Disorders Inpatient Unit. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing and managing biopsychosocial treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, overseeing an inpatient caseload (up to 7 patients) with occasional coverage for colleagues and weekends, and contributing to academic activities via a Harvard Medical School appointment. Qualifications include a Massachusetts medical license and board certification/eligibility; HMS appointment at Instructor or Assistant Professor level contingent on meeting HMS requirements. On-site, full-time role with a salary and recruitment package per hospital policies.
