Job Summary
Staff Project/Program Mgmt Specialist to own the product development lifecycle from start to finish, develop, define, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; track KPIs and financials; eliminate execution roadblocks; collaborate across Hi-Rel, Demand Creation, Sales, and Marketing; prepare RFI/RFQ responses; communicate status to leadership; mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in project/program management in a major analog semiconductor company
- 3–5+ years hands-on technical program/project management experience leading teams to develop broad market or custom mixed-signal analog products for commercial, industrial, or automotive applications
- 3–5+ years of relevant, hands-on experience as part of a New Product Introduction (NPI) functional team (e.g., product, test, validation, design, quality, or a related function)
- In-depth understanding of the NPI and product development flow from initial concept to production release
- Exposure to automotive processes (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) is a strong plus
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering is required
- A Master’s degree (MS) or PhD in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- PMP certification is not required but is considered a distinct plus
- Strong familiarity with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, OneNote, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis
