Job Summary
Own execution of complex, senior-level operational projects spanning hardware logistics, infrastructure readiness, procurement, vendor management, and internal software migrations. Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and forecasts while managing risk across the Business Operations portfolio. Lead sprint tracking, Agile ceremonies, and issue resolution independently, ensuring consistent cadence and team accountability. Build financial tracking, budget forecasts, and resource allocation reporting for large-scale initiatives. Provide coaching to junior project managers and maintain stakeholder visibility through rigorous governance and status reporting. Work with limited direction in a remote-first environment, driving high-complexity projects with meaningful business and financial impact.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing IT or business operations projects in a production enterprise environment
- demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope
- Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing projects using Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools
- Proven ability to develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and status reports
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Strong communication skills
- ability to translate operational and financial details for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Desired Qualifications

- PoC or demo equipment lifecycle management
