Job Summary

Manage cost, schedule, and Earned Value Management (EVM) across multiple projects in the Western Region, including initiation, closeout, and ongoing oversight. Interface with facility leadership, department managers, and senior stakeholders to communicate objectives, resolve issues, and drive cross-regional consistency. Lead financial planning, analysis, and capital management by reviewing contractor invoicing, developing consolidated long-range strategic plans, and coordinating Change Control Board decisions. Monitor budget baselines, funding analyses, and cost risk assessments while utilizing advanced Excel tools to generate executive-level reporting and performance narratives. Work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Master's degree with 10 years of experience
  • No clearance required to start
  • Data and/or financial analysis experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, advanced lookups, and data visualization to analyze and merge large datasets, chart plotting
  • Demonstrated advanced ability to create executive level Powerpoint charts for leadership reviews
  • Demonstrated presentation skills at the leadership level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the defense industry and knowledge of Northrop Grumman products
  • Experience in Project execution
  • Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
  • Prior experience with Northrop Grumman financial planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience in project management and associated cost and schedule metric development
  • Experience developing long range strategic planning (LRSP)
  • Understanding of U.S. government cost accounting standards
  • Active DoD/Secret or SCI clearances
