Staff Project Controls Specialist

Lead project controls processes with the internal team to execute deliverables within budget and schedule. Ensure project setup in Enterprise Planning & Controls software, analyze data, and run reports. Create Work Breakdown Structures, develop scheduling and cost reports, and manage cash flows and forecasts. Approve purchase orders, input cost changes, and interface with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department for audit support. Review change orders, develop schedules, perform field progress and earned value measurements, and maintain key performance indicators. Apply logic ties, monitor resource loading, support planning meetings, and conduct field audits to validate reporting accuracy. Perform material takeoffs, quality checks, and schedule what-if scenarios. Assist with forensic analysis and other assigned duties while complying with all policies.
