Job Summary
Manage design, installation, and development processes from program inception to product delivery, preparing data to analyze progress and financial contributions. Understand cost justification, recommend priorities, and generate schedules while driving project execution strategies for on-time delivery. Daily management of programs requires proactively identifying opportunities and risks, representing the company in customer meetings to provide management insights. This Staff Program Manager role within the Customer Management organization focuses on delivering efficient RAVE Systems and internal solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 10+ of experience in a program or project management role
- 5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior (or above) program management role with demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Experience with the delivery and management of products and services
- Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers
- Experience with project management scheduling, and delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional groups
