Job Summary
Staff Program Manager for Brand Campaigns responsible for leading complex cross-functional programs from inception through launch, defining scope and milestones, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. You will align goals across Product, Engineering, Creative, Design, Analytics, Legal, and external partners; build and maintain integrated program plans and templates; run operating rituals; track performance against goals; coach teams on best practices; hire and onboard a bench of freelance program managers; and partner with Brand/Marketing to coordinate multi-workstream campaigns while traveling 10–15% for shoots and partner meetings. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of program management experience in consumer tech or fast-paced environments, mastery of campaign planning and timelining, excellent communication, ability to turn ambiguity into scalable execution, data-informed decision making, proficiency with Asana/Jira/Google Workspace, and experience managing external vendors and multi-market launches.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management leading high-impact cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Proven mastery of integrated campaign planning and timelining
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to define scope, milestones, owners, success metrics, and decision logs
- Experience with project/task management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Google Workspace)
- Experience coordinating cross-channel marketing or product launches with internal teams and external partners
- Experience leading contractors or freelancers
- Strong track record building lightweight decision frameworks and operating cadences
