Job Summary
Own end-to-end technical delivery of Anduril's TRS technologies from concept through deployment, partnering with the General Manager, Chief Engineers, and functional teams to drive development and integration. Manage cost, schedule, and execution risks while ensuring engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements, milestones, and technical standards. Serve as the bridge between program management and engineering teams, developing lightweight processes for scope and risk management. Build strong relationships with Department of War customers to shape solutions and enable rapid iteration. Autonomously execute on broad requirements from internal engineering, customers, and third-party partners to own successful delivery across multiple programs. Requires 8+ years managing complex technical systems, 50% travel, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving their on-time, on-budget completion
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to move seamlessly between tactical and the 30,000 ft level
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Comfortable with 50% travel
