Job Summary
Lead the development of AI-native workflows using Claude Code to automate roadmap assembly, synthesize customer feedback, and deliver executive-ready materials. Manage cross-functional projects as the primary interlock with Marketing and Support, ensuring coordinated planning and on-time delivery of major product initiatives. Own the end-to-end process for capturing, categorizing, and routing global customer and field insights to shape product direction and prioritization. This role connects data-driven insights to strategic decisions within Saviynt's identity security platform, empowering product teams to execute smarter at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function
- ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise software environment
