Job Summary
Define and drive product strategy for Vincent, ensuring roadmap decisions reflect complex enterprise legal workflows. Own end-to-end product outcomes from discovery through delivery, partnering with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences. Champion user-centered development by embedding research and data-informed decision-making, while proactively interfacing with customers to surface insights for the roadmap. Mentor other product managers and sequence work effectively to drive long-term strategic impact across the Enterprise portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience
- SaaS or complex platform environments
- Previous experience as a founder or co-founder of a startup
- Track record of owning and shipping high-quality, user-centered products at scale
- Measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in product discovery
- Data-informed decision-making
- Systems thinking
- Experience building for enterprise users
- Complex, high-stakes workflows
- Ability to connect product strategy to business and customer outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
