Job Summary
Staff Product Manager needed to own large, ambiguous problem spaces, define strategy, guide execution, and elevate how AI products are built. You’ll work with leadership, engineering, and design to ensure we’re building the right AI-enabled products for enterprise marketers and creators, drive cross-functional initiatives, and mentor other product managers. The role emphasizes shaping AI-native software strategies, partnering with engineering and data science to define how AI systems are built, evaluated, and improved, and influencing company strategy. The position is hybrid and based in our Palo Alto HQ with in-office collaboration three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of product management experience
- experience building AI-native software or applications
- defined and shipped a new AI product capability from concept through adoption
- strong experience working on AI/ML or data-intensive products
- proven ability to lead large, ambiguous initiatives with cross-functional impact
- deep understanding of product strategy, prioritization, and trade-offs
- strong analytical skills and experience defining and interpreting product and model metrics
- ability to collaborate deeply with engineers and data scientists on complex systems
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product decisions
