Job Summary
Staff Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of a multi-domain command and control platform. Define and drive product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics; lead cross-functional execution across front-end and back-end engineering, platform infrastructure, UX, deployment operations, and program management; translate operator workflows and customer feedback into actionable requirements; manage integration of sensors, autonomy systems, mission applications, and third-party platforms; shape the product operating model and governance; represent the product in executive reviews and customer engagements. The candidate will partner with operators, deployment teams, customers, and mission stakeholders to ensure usable, scalable, and mission-critical workflows, with strong emphasis on UX-driven design and interoperability. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, UX/product design, or related technical leadership roles
- Experience leading large-scale software or platform initiatives across multiple engineering organizations
- Strong technical fluency across modern software platforms, distributed systems, integrations, APIs, or mission-critical applications
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across teams without direct authority
- Experience translating operational workflows and customer feedback into scalable product solutions
- Strong understanding of front-end product development, user workflows, and UX-driven product design
- Experience working closely with front-end engineers, back-end engineers, UX researchers, and deployment stakeholders in complex technical environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, and highly technical environments
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
