Job Summary
Own the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of strategic integrations with enterprise systems like Salesforce, determining where to invest based on user needs and market signals. Identify and validate high-value integration opportunities through direct user research, ecosystem analysis, and quantitative evidence to drive adoption and business outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Sales to deliver reliable integrations, defining technical requirements for APIs, security, and compliance. Establish feedback loops to assess efficacy and continuously improve adoption, retention, and revenue. Represent Stripe's strategy with external partners and enterprise users, balancing new feature development with investment in platform capabilities and technical debt.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant product-management, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams or a complex product area
- Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and make prioritization decisions
- Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products, integrations, technical constraints, and product quality
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise users and external technology partners, and translating their needs into clear product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading through organizational boundaries
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise business systems and workflows, such as CRM, ERP, quote-to-cash, support, or reporting platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience building or scaling platform, ecosystem, marketplace, or partner-integrated products
- Experience growing product adoption, usage, or revenue through product-led and go-to-market initiatives
- Experience in payments, financial technology, or other regulated technology environments
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field
- Equivalent practical experience to a degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field
