Job Summary
Staff Product Manager at ServiceTitan will own the product vision and roadmap for equipment diagnostics across the platform, drive adoption across trades and personas, and build a diagnostics platform layer for AI-powered workflows. You will partner with engineering, data science, and design to deliver intelligent, reliable, and fast field experiences, lead customer discovery with technicians and service operators, and shape the data graph strategy powering multiple workflows. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data analysis to inform product decisions, and iterating through ambiguous problem spaces with customers and data. The candidate brings 7+ years of product management experience, experience with AI-powered or intelligent systems products, and strong mobile product instincts for workers in the field; comfort navigating ambiguous problem spaces and collaborating across engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams. Nice-to-have experience with end users performing physical, time-pressured work and a human-centered approach to AI transformations in field service contexts.
