Job Summary
Lead all aspects of data security for the Databricks Lakehouse platform. Drive product strategy to deliver external and internal controls for customer privacy, confidentiality, digital sovereignty, and regulatory obligations. Create policy models for customer asset control and ensure data security. Partner with privacy, legal, and security teams for regulated data management. Gather insights on evolving threats in data security and propose innovations. Requires extensive product management experience with a focus on security, enterprise software, and strong communication with technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products
- Ability to define and deliver on success metrics
- Ability to summarize customer inputs into actionable requirements
- Ability to crisply communicate product value propositions to customers and sales teams
Desired Qualifications
- Domain expertise in data security, data privacy, and encryption
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership
- Experience driving business results through influential leadership across multiple partner teams
- Passion for designing products that simplify user experience of technically complex products
