Job Summary
Own the product roadmap for market verticals by prioritizing across customer sites and use cases. Develop deep understanding of customer workflows and constraints to translate them into clear requirements. Partner with engineering teams to prioritize capability development against deployment timelines while collaborating with field operations and customer success to feed real-world feedback into the roadmap. Define customer-centric KPIs that translate business outcomes into measurable criteria. Requires 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics or hardware, with strong technical fluency and quantitative instincts. Required Qualifications
