Job Summary

Set the web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related properties, defining long-term strategy across the portfolio and establishing how web surfaces serve specific audiences. Expand product discovery and top-of-funnel reach by creating intuitive, scalable experiences for underserved audiences, while owning critical journeys from first visit through authenticated entry. Build a trusted analytics and attribution foundation by partnering with Data and Engineering to define instrumentation, event taxonomy, and decision-quality dashboards. Lead privacy-aware measurement strategies regarding cookies, consent management, and regional compliance, and make technical search optimization a core product capability. Raise the bar for web performance, accessibility, and reliability by setting clear standards for Core Web Vitals and cross-browser behavior. Lead through influence across Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams to align on strategy and execution for a global audience.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • significant ownership of customer-facing web products or digital experiences at scale
  • set strategy, built roadmaps, and delivered measurable results in complex organizations
  • own products and outcomes
  • understand how modern websites are designed, built, rendered, served, measured, and evolved
  • partner credibly on content management systems, front-end architecture, server-side and client-side rendering, content delivery networks, release workflows, and technical dependencies
  • hands-on experience using information architecture and technical search engine optimization and AEO to improve discovery at scale
  • understand the implications of URL design, site hierarchy, internal linking, structured data, crawl budgets, rendering, redirects, canonicalization, and indexation
  • understand page performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and reliability as product concerns
  • know how performance affects discovery, experience, and outcomes, and can make informed tradeoffs with Engineering and Design
  • understand browser and cookie behavior, consent management, first-party data, anonymous and authenticated identity, tag management, attribution limitations, and privacy-aware analytics
  • diagnose gaps in measurement rather than treating dashboards as ground truth
  • fluent in funnel analysis, experiment design, guardrail metrics, statistical interpretation, and post-launch learning
  • know when to test, when not to test, and how to connect a program of experiments to a larger product strategy
  • move between long-term strategy and detailed execution
  • identify the few decisions that matter most
  • balance customer value, business value, technical complexity, brand craft, and speed
  • walk into a room of competing senior stakeholders and leave it aligned on what will ship, what will not, and why
  • influence without relying on formal authority
  • communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • curious about developers, technical teams, and how they evaluate and adopt tools
  • Experience with developer products, APIs, business-to-business software, or product-led growth

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with developer products, APIs, business-to-b2b software, or product-led growth is strongly valued
