Job Summary
Staff Product Manager, New Business Venture — Own the end-to-end customer experience vision and roadmap for a new, mobile-first and web-based venture within Collectors. Partner with design, engineering, and business teams to rapidly build, test, and scale new experiences, translating market trends and user feedback into actionable plans. Lead with a data-informed approach, define ambitious metrics for user experience, retention, and platform growth, and mentor fellow PMs to elevate the product craft. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic roadmapping, and delivery from discovery to launch, with a bias toward modernizing legacy processes and delivering customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, is a strong storyteller and collaborator, and can bridge legacy business with modern market trends while delivering measurable impact. Bonus points for experience with collectibles, digital marketplaces, or platform transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management (preferably consumer-facing) with end-to-end ownership of products or major platforms
- strong strategic thinking and ability to define and drive vision, roadmap, and business impact at scale
- excellent stakeholder management and ability to align executive, business, and engineering teams
- ability to translate market trends and user feedback into actionable product plans
- strong communication skills and ability to influence across audiences
- data-informed decision making and experience setting and tracking KPIs
- experience mentoring or leading cross-disciplinary teams
- comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous problems and resilient demeanor
- bonus: experience with collectibles, digital marketplaces, or platform transformation
