Job Summary
Staff Product Manager, ML Research responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle from research to UX buildout to GTM strategy and pricing, with vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with research to define new AI applications, work with engineering and design to productize research, define and analyze metrics, conduct user interviews and A/B tests to identify use cases and prioritize features. Requires combining a technical or ML background with product management, translating state-of-the-art AI systems into customer-facing tools, and serving as a bridge between users and internal teams to deliver high-value products for Runway’s creators.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of direct experience with SQL, Python, code generation tools, and version control best practices
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Familiarity with the current state-of-the-art ML capabilities and ML products
- Experience working with fast-moving teams and building products from scratch
- Passion for seeing research through from initial conception to ultimate application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
