Job Summary
Responsible for building and improving the Link App experience across web and native platforms, focused on creating consumer features that instill confidence and excitement in payment innovations. The role entails understanding user needs through direct engagement, collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience, and leading the strategic development of Link's product roadmap for expanded capabilities. Strong technical expertise, ownership, and communication skills are essential, alongside a data-driven approach to product optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a product or other technical role
- Experience working on world-class consumer products at scale
- High-level of taste, judgment and design empathy
- Ability to use data and insights rigorously to analyze product performance
- Desire for continuous product improvement
- Experience managing high-stakes external partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to craft great consumer experiences
- Proficiency in data analysis and SQL
- Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on consumer financial products.
- Conducting product market research and building buy-in for product ideas from internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience building brand new products or working in a startup environment.
- Experience working with GTM teams to bring a new product to market.
