Job Summary
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Anduril's fixed-wing drone portfolio. Define capabilities to build and deliver them to meet customer mission needs. Coordinate between Growth, Engineering, and Manufacturing; lead IPTs; manage IRAD budgets; prioritize roadmap; ensure on-time delivery; focus on lifecycle, market fit, and scaling from prototype to production. Drive product maturity, collaboration across teams, and risk mitigation while balancing market targets with cost structures; deliver designs from development to production readiness and manage product evolution through sustained production. Communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders; serve as central point of contact for product-related inquiries; maintain catalog of capabilities and align schedules across concurrent efforts. Manage weekly IPT Leads meetings and bi-weekly Product Stakeholder meetings; balance competing priorities and make trade-off decisions at the product level.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles in aerospace/defense
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary hardware products through full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of engineering development processes and manufacturing operations
- Experience with DoD contracts and government customer interfaces
- Proven ability to influence and drive decisions across cross-functional organizations without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning for product lines
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
