Job Summary
Staff Product Manager, Invoicing to define the long-term strategy for Jobber's invoicing and collections experience, aligning with fintech and business goals. Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple product teams to shape the strategy from invoice creation and delivery through follow-up and payment collection, and to elevate product thinking and execution. Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Risk, Payments Operations, Sales, and GTM to move strategy to execution; use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities; balance near-term delivery with long-term bets to build durable competitive advantage in invoicing and collections.
