Job Summary
As a Staff Product Manager at Harvey, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and launch, focusing on building integrations with strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with engineering and partnerships teams, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful features. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, 5+ years in building enterprise products, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while proposing high-leverage improvements in a B2B environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise products in a B2B/commercial environment
- Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity to deliver outcomes
- A product mindset for balancing user needs, domain complexity, and system constraints to propose high-leverage improvements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with or knowledge of AI and LLMs
- Experience working on Integrations and partnering with cross functional and Partnerships teams
- Ability to partner with engineers on technical architecture, with enough depth to challenge assumptions, propose solutions, and influence design
