Job Summary
Growth Product Manager for Hazel AI: own the full PLG funnel across sign up, onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion; define each stage, instrument it, identify the biggest leaks, and ship experiments that move the numbers. Define activation and design in-product experiences to deliver value quickly. Build viral and team-based growth loops, design referral and invite mechanics, and turn paying customers into distribution channels. Drive monetization decisions in partnership with product and finance, and help grow a thriving Hazel customer community as a retention moat. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to sharpen segmentation and remove adoption barriers. This role requires 7+ years in product with growth ownership, strong data fluency (SQL), excellent communication, and a proven track record of shipping growth initiatives at scale. The role is hybrid with four in-office days per week in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product, with at least 3 years owning growth at a consumer or PLG product company that has scaled meaningfully
- Experience shipping experiments that moved real metrics and the ability to discuss them with specifics
- Fl uency with data; ability to write SQL and perform analyses
- Bias to execution and velocity; preference for shipping directionally correct experiments over perfect ones
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to rally cross-functional teams behind a strategy and a number
