Job Summary
Define and execute the long-term product vision for enterprise capabilities spanning governance, security, compliance, and product-led growth across the Freshworks EX portfolio. Own the end-to-end roadmap for customer-facing enterprise features while partnering with Enterprise Readiness, Platform, and AI teams to drive adoption and business outcomes. Serve as the voice of enterprise customers by collaborating with strategic accounts, Sales, and Customer Success to identify emerging needs and influence investment decisions. Mentor Product Managers on enterprise strategy, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership to elevate product thinking organization-wide. Represent the portfolio in executive planning to drive alignment across multiple product organizations and influence cross-functional priorities without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- 10–14+ years of progressive Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of leading strategic, cross-functional product initiatives with organization-wide impact
- Experience delivering enterprise capabilities spanning security, governance, compliance, enterprise administration or product adoption
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Engineering and GTM organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
