Job Summary
Staff Product Manager to own and build modules for sustained differentiation and growth. The role acts as a bridge between customers and engineering to ensure focus on solving customer needs and delivering value, while practicing product craft to deliver delightful user experiences. Responsibilities include planning, building, releasing, and measuring success for modules; communicating clearly with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership; and driving data-driven decisions and iterative shipping of features. Requires 8+ years in global/cross-functional software teams (SaaS experience preferred) and a track record of turning customer problems into product capabilities with adoption and success ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in global/cross-functional software teams in a software product company
- SaaS experience preferred
- Experience in building CX products is a plus
- Empathetic with strong listening abilities to understand customers or stakeholders
- Ability to translate customer problems into product capabilities and owning adoption and success of the product
- Cross-collaboration with engineering, design and GTM teams to translate problems into product capabilities
- Data-driven decision making in a fast-evolving environment with a focus on the product vision
- Structured experimentation to measure and iterate toward product goals
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to release and iterate on features delivering customer value
- Ownership mindset with focus on craft and delightful user experiences
- Strong collaboration across teams to ship features
- Experience working in global/cross-functional teams in a SaaS context
- Experience building and maintaining product modules for differentiated growth
